Last night I took part in a sleep study at the VA. Of course this means I won’t really expect to actually get sleep because the sleep tech would be in and out of the room all night fixing leads I plucked off or the air hose I took out of my nose. I swear he came into the room at least 10 times waking me up and adjusting things.
In the morning he told me that I reached all 4 levels of sleep which I find hard to believe. I entered the study because Rianne says I snore a lot, kick all the time, seize her sometimes and even stop breathing occasionally. I’ll get the results back in a few weeks. Check out this pic and video. It’s insane! The tech also told me that the sleep tests haven’t changed one bit since 1970, just the technology. Isn’t that wild!
